About The Fanciest

The Fanciest is a small, independent gift guide built on one idea: the best gift is often the newest version of something the person already uses every day.

We follow product launches so you don't have to. For each pick we note when it came out, what changed from the previous model, and when the older one is still the smarter buy. We don't accept payment from brands to be included.

We don't claim to have personally tested every item. When something is overpriced for what it is, we say so. When there's a cheaper version that's just as good for most people, we say that too.
